Our Montanya ORO is a dark, full bodied, sipping rum aged to maturity in American Oak and blended with San Juan mountain spring water.

The ORO is a dark spirit distilled from high molasses content pure sugar cane, fermented with champagne yeast. Aging takes place in once-used Stranahan's Whiskey or Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels.
 
Distilled and Bottled in Silverton, CO in 750 ml bottles at 40% alcohol by volume.

Our Montanya PLATINO is a light, crisp mixing rum aged to maturity in American Oak, charcoal filtered, and blended with San Juan mountain spring water.

The PLATINO is a spirit distilled from high molasses content pure sugar cane, fermented with champagne yeast. Aging takes place in once-used Woodford Reserve Bourbon or Stranahan's Whiskey Barrels.  The barrel color is then removed using a charcoal plate filtering process which leaves the spirit clear and perfect for mixing in lighter cocktails like the Mojito.
