January is the month of resolutions, so we can’t think of better press for the start of the new year: two articles that highlight distilleries making a difference.

Food Print features distilleries reducing their “foodprint.” Some of our practices are included, along with examples from other distillers. (We found it interesting that one distillery had to adjust their recipes for flavored vodka after switching to organic produce, on account of the added flavor.)

And from across the pond, the Rum Barrel Blog highlights a variety of distilleries recognized for the charitable work and commitments to sustainability. Both are articles that we’re proud to be a part of.
