How Angus Found Crested Butte

Colorado has always been a place Angus wanted to live. He never imagined he would end up living here for more than a couple months. “Once your here, it’s hard seeing yourself anywhere else,” Angus says about our small mountain town. His brother was about 16 or 17 when he first came out to Crested Butte. “He did a summer at Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory and made it clear that this was place worth visiting. When he talked about it and showed us pictures I was pretty much sold.” It took Angus another 9 years to make it out to Crested Butte but he’s so happy he did! 

In His Freetime

A writer at heart, you can always find Angus jotting down scripts and stories in his freetime. “It’s a dream of mine to be a screenwriter,” he claims. When he’s trying to come up with new writing ideas, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and running.
