Cucumber Templar Rum Cocktail Recipe
Glass: Grand Cuvee
Add to bottom of empty glass:
2 Slices cucumber, sliced lengthwise
Half a fresh lime
2.5 oz Cucumber Infused Montanya Platino Rum
Add to glass:
Ice
1/2 Soda water and 1/2 tonic water to fill glass
3-4 drops Montanya Cucumber Jalapeño bitters
Garnish with mint.
Cucumber Infusion:
Half a cucumber, peeled, seeded, sliced
1 Bottle Montanya Platino Rum (750 ml)
Infuse for four days. Strain and decant.
