In the Media: Affordability Meets Sustainability

This article is a bit of a departure from our typical media coverage, but it’s an exciting one! Our founders and owners, Brice and Karen Hoskin, are in the process of building a 1,300-square foot home on a deed-restricted lot in the town of Crested Butte (as the article explains they literally won the lottery in securing a lot designated for “workforce housing”). They’re doing it with a major focus on environmental sustainability and have learned so much along the way.
