We’re excited to announce the launch of our new artisanal bitters line! This innovative line features five distinctive flavors: Grapefruit, Citrus, Pineapple Habanero, Cucumber Jalapeno, and Cherry Black Pepper. Each flavor, infused with fresh fruits, herbs, spices, bitters components, and our award-winning Platino rum is designed to elevate cocktails and culinary creations alike.
Our Platino rum is known for its smooth and clean profile. Aged one year in Law’s whiskey barrels at almost 9000ft., its exceptional quality serves as the perfect base for these bitters, exemplifying our commitment to crafting premium spirits and artisanal products to enhance the overall cocktail experience from your favorite lounge to a home bar setup.
All bitters come in 50ML, Montanya branded packaging at 40% ABV, and 80PF.
Bitters Flavor Notes & Highlights:
Grapefruit Bitters: Bright grapefruit notes from fresh zest, combined with rosemary, and hops create a perfect addition to your Rum Palomas, Hemingway Daquiris, and more!
Citrus Bitters: Add a bold burst of citrus to your Rum Old Fashioned and Mojitos, with just a few dashes of these bitters. Crafted from a perfect blend of fresh orange zest, bitter orange peel, and spices!
Pineapple-Habanero Bitters: This intriguing combination of fresh pineapples, spicy habanero, and agave is the perfect way to add just the right amount of sweetness and spice to your next Margarita, Ranch Water, or Pina Colada!
Cucumber-Jalapeno Bitters: A harmonious blend of fresh cucumber, jalapenos, lemon, lime zest, and spices will add a crispy, refreshing kick to your favorite cocktails including spritzes and Margaritas!
Cherry Black Pepper Bitters: Just a few dashes will add an eccentric pop to your favorite cocktails, where bold California-grown dried cherries, wild cherry bark, and sarsaparilla meet zesty black peppercorns!
