The September issue of Craft Spirits Magazine includes two articles that feature Montanya. “Distilling for the Future” by Jon Page takes an in depth look at what it means to be a sustainable company, interviewing our founder and owner Karen Hoskin along with fellow B Corp distilleries Headframe Spirits of Butte, Montana, and Fair Game Beverage of Pittsboro, North Carolina. Check out page 58 of the digital issue for the story.

Also in the same issue is an article by Kate Bernot, “Get the Balance Right: Wage equity should be part of your business strategy from the get-to.” Karen shares her experience establishing an equitable, competitive pay structure and the benefits she sees in doing so even when it felt like a stretch for a growing company.
