We love that bon appétit ran this article on “better-for-the-earth booze”—we whole heartedly agree that we should all pay as much attention to what we drink as what we eat. It’s true that spirits are an agricultural product—the way the ingredients are grown and the spirits are made have have an impact on the planet.
