Piña Colada Rum Cocktail Recipe

Glass: Tall pilsner or martini
In a shaker with ice:
1.25 oz Costamar Cream of Coconut
1.5 oz organic pineapple juice
3 oz Montanya Platino rum
1/2 fresh lime, juiced
Shake vigorously. Strain over ice or into a martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge (on the rocks) or a floating lime wheel (in a martini glass) and a fresh mint sprig.
