Classic Daiquiri Rum Cocktail Recipe
The classic daiquiri is, in all its forms, one of founder and owner Karen Hoskin’s favorite cocktails on earth. (No small proclamation since her passion for artisan cocktails began in 1986.)
Glass: Coupe
In shaker with ice:
2.5 oz Montanya Platino
1 Fresh lime, juiced
.5 to 1 oz Simple Syrup (below)
Shake vigorously and strain. Garnish with a Turbinado sugar rim and lime twist.
Simple Syrup:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Let cool. Refrigerate up to two weeks.
