Painkiller Rum Cocktail Recipe
Glass: Rocks
In a shaker with ice:
2.5 oz. Montanya Oro Rum
2 oz. fresh pineapple juice
.5 oz Costamar Cream of Coconut
1.5 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
Shake and strain over ice. Sprinkle fresh nutmeg over the top. Optional garnish of a slice of pineapple.
