Sweet Tooth Rum Cocktail Recipe
We call this sweet cocktail dessert in a glass and for good reason! It’s caramel apple meets salty and sweet.
Glass: Tall Martini with Salt Rim
In a shaker:
2 oz Caramel sauce
Pinch of salt and cinnamon
1 oz Half and half
1 oz Topsider Infusion (see below)
1.5 oz Oro
Shake and strain. Garnish with green apple slice.
Topsider Infusion:
1 Long slice of orange peel
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 Vanilla bean
1 Bottle Oro
Grind cinnamon sticks coarsely with mortar and pestle. Add all ingredients to Oro and infuse for three days. Strain and decant and refrigerate for up to 30 days.
